First time using Freight Center. There were some issues with the pickup. Shannon jumped in and worked with the carrier to obtain a quick resolution. Can't thank her enough.

We tried to get something picked up and delivered for over a week. We paid extra to have it done more quickly and purchased insurance as well. The communication between Freightcenter and the actual trucking company was lacking. In my opinion, go directly to a trucking company and skip the broker. It was a terrible experience. The pickup never happened and the company didn't communicate with me adequately.

NEVER GO THROUGH this place!!!! They will screw you out of shipping and charge your card without talking to you about it. My husband and I are out 800-900$$ for shipping on a motor we got that wasn't what it was supposed to be. We bought a motor through GeneralUsedTruck parts in Pennsylvania, which was a TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!!! It took almost a month for FreightCenter to organize the shipping. Then we found they were having trouble with one of their drivers. It was one thing after another. We sent in a refund on the motor and the shipping, we got the refund through eBay for the motor but not any of the shipping. None of it. It was a scam. NEVER EVER go through this place for shipping. You will get scammed big time!!!

Your agent did her best to get it going. Unfortunately, the carrier is in control of that.Our disputes department has filed a dispute for the additional charges. She is working diligently to get this corrected. It does take time though, so we ask for your patience.Your motor was shipped and delivered, therefore you will not be due any kind of refund.Again, we apologize for the inconvenience. Unethical. At a time when companies offer friendly customer service to retain client loyalty, FreightCenter will penalize you with hidden fees and even declines to refund error shipments even if cancelled immediately after booking. Don’t waste your time, and money, on this shady operation.

NOTE: the response from FrieghtCenter intetionally confuses the issue. The point is that a simple cancelation has a 20% penalty. In other words, even if you cancel your shipment minutes after booking it, they will make 20%.

We do not want there to be a charge after the shipment delivers. The class on your shipment was incorrect. When it was corrected, the price increased. This is not a hidden cost, but a correction.We appreciate being a FreightCenter customer since 2021, and completing 5 shipments with us. Our Terms and Conditions clearly state that there is a 20% cancellation fee if you want your credit card refunded. We also offer a 100% refund in the form of “Store Credit” to be used on a future shipment. We understand that you are not satisfied with the outcome. We feel that we have addressed everything in our previous conversations.Thank you,The FreightCenter Team
